You can cross Russian border on the following point:

Crossing the Russian-Lithuanian border in the checkpoint “Morskoe-Nida” (throught the Curonian Spit National Park) 

Russian-Polish border through the checkpoint “Gusev-Goldap” (throught “Romintskaya Pushcha” (a forest, former GermanRominten Heide). Attention, the most part of Rominta lies in the border zone and its visiting is limited (access only with a Border Guard Service permit). You are allowed to cross this territory only in transit.

“Mamonovo-Gronowo” (direct road to Gdansk, Frombork, Elblag (Poland), reccommended for transit.

The crossing point “Bagrationovsk-Bezledy”. This is the place where trucks generally cross the border.

Some recommendations:

All vehicles, including bicycles, must drive up to control in the queue. In cases of congestion, all drivers must drive according to traffic regulations.

Photo and video shooting is strictly prohibited.
